The Wegmans Youth Program is a school-to-work initiative in partnership with the Emerson High School Culinary Program. Beginning as early as the summer prior to junior year and focusing specifically on selected students in the hospitality program, Wegmans provides high-quality work experience, training, support and mentoring for students interested in careers in the food industry or business management. The Wegmans Youth Program goals include encouraging the pursuit of higher education as well as the development of long-term employees who will continue to grow as part of the Wegmans team.
